Returns Policy
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your jewelry. If for any
reasons you aren’t satisfied with the product(s) purchased, you
can return any non-engraved item in its original condition for a
refund or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date. Return
packages must be post marked within 14 days upon delivery of products.
It
is necessary to follow Steel-Jewelry.com’s return procedure
outlined in the next section to return a product. The restocking fee
for
refund or exchange is 20% of the purchased price of the item(s). Shipping
and handling are non-refundable, if applicable. Products must be unworn
and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for all shipping,
handling and applicable taxes for the return shipment. We’ll waive
the
restocking fee and pay for the return shipping cost if the return is
due
to our own mistake. Any engraved item cannot return for refund. Details
